History...

Alessio’s delicatessen was born after many years of experience in the hospitality industry  in Switzerland and Italy.

My name is Alessio and I started my business in Poschiavo, where my wife Tatjana was born and breed. In the same valley I grow mushrooms and vegetables such as giant pumpkins.

In this new project Tatjana and myself We would like to bring specialties to your homes, using ancient recipes, but making them with the most modern equipment, which enhance the raw material and the finished product, bringing you back  to the flavors of the past.

We would make sauces and condiments to combine with the fresh pasta and ravioli of our production, a line of low-temperature cooked products, which you can warm up at home in a few minutes by following my tutorials, obtaining a top quality product and we will delight you with fantastic cookies  that we will propose according to the period and according to your wishes.

We will also let you discover the world of mushrooms, their innumerable properties, how to grow them and above all how to taste them.
