Alessio's delicatessen was born after many years of experience in the restaurant sector in Switzerland and Italy.
My name is Alessio and I wanted to start my business in Poschiavo, the hometown of my wife Tatjana Raselli, as well as the valley where I cultivate my other passions besides cooking, namely mushroom cultivation and the cultivation of "classic and GIANT" vegetables.
From June 10, 2024 we moved to Sankt Moritz, the place where we live, and where we will be able to offer many other specialties , including international ones.
In this new project T atjana and I would like to bring specialties into your homes, using ancient recipes, but making them with the most modern equipment, which enhance the raw materials and the finished product, bringing you back to the flavors of the past.
We will make sauces and condiments to pair with our fresh pasta and ravioli, a line of products cooked at low temperatures, which you can regenerate at home in a few minutes following my instructions, obtaining a top quality product and we will delight you with fantastic desserts that we will propose depending on the period and satisfying your desires.
We will also help you discover the world of mushrooms, their countless properties, how to grow them and above all how to enjoy them.
